Without a doubt, this was the most positive home purchase I have ever had. Tim knew exactly what we were looking for, down to the furniture we wanted each room to accommodate. Tim understood what we wanted in a neighborhood, home and community. He directed us toward sources to explore schools on our own. He worked hard with other realtors to find houses that would be coming on the market. After the contract was in, when we ran into difficulties with our home mortgage company, he was patient and calming, and assisted us in moving forward. He assisted us with the utility companies, and getting everything on track for move in. This market is tight, and it is extremely difficult to find houses. I truly believe I would still be searching had Tim not been our realtor.
